Homebuilders Construction Company
John Hightower and his Homebuilders Construction Company have built
homes in prominent communities throughout the southern crescent
of metro Atlanta for over 15 years. Included would be custom homes
in Fayette County, including Country Lake in north Fayette, south
Fulton and Coweta Counties.
Nesbitt Lord & Company.
Nesbitt Lord and Co., president Ritner Nesbitt, has been active
in the south Fulton County custom homes market, including Madison
Trace, and also builds in Brookstone in Cobb County. The company
does many custom homes, and also likes to do upscale variations
on the one-level—or ranch—style home.
Covenant Builders International
Dennis Harold is president of Covenant Builders International, and
his company offers the full range of services expected of a custom
builder. His years of experience includes the construction of luxury
homes for individuals as well as in communities in the Fayette and

Ideal Smart Energy Homes
Ideal Smart Energy Homes is headed by Larry Toney. As the company
name reflects, he is designed as an EPA Energy Star builder. He
has built many homes in Chapel Hills, as well as in Cobb and Fayette

for professionalism over the years.
